Transaction Commission
Share Structure
- Company will not take any share until franchise recovers its 50% invested licensing fee for that particular yea
- Franchisee has a freedom to fix commission % to each ride fare based on vehicle type with the consent of the franchisor
- After 50% recovery of the franchise’s paid licensing fee for that particular year the franchisor takes 35% share on franchisee transactional commision (ride level platform management cost).
- For example Ride fare is Rs.100 and franchise has set 15% as commission. Total commission= 15%*100 = Rs.15. So,
Franchisor will get 35% of commission i.e. Rs.5.25 and Franchise will get 65% share of commission i.e. Rs.9.75.
- Franchisor 35% share is also applicable on any other earning mode like fees/charges levied by franchise on the ride
- Franchisor will raise the invoice to the franchise after on 35th day of every 30 days and pay the 30 days invoice amount by 45th Day, subject to franchise’s signature on the invoice. Example: Ride transactions commission from 1-30th April, will be share with the franchise on 5th May to verify, sign and send back to the company then the payment will be credited to the franchise’s account by 15th May. Other franchisee income sources - Surge, Convenience fees, night charges, Airport charges, etc..
